Jaleh Zandieh is a Global Leadership Expert and the Founder of the Leadership Design Training Program. Her clients are successful, service-oriented, and values-driven leaders who use their talents, resources, and organizations for the betterment of humanity. They inspire Jaleh to continue her research-led training processes and customized experiences to raise the capacity and impact of their work.
Over the last 19 years, Jaleh has lived and worked in North America, Asia and Europe. She works with global leaders and their organizations, presenting to exclusive audiences, offering keynotes and interactive experiences to conferences, forums, businesses, and universities.
As a result of working together with Jaleh, leaders and their teams gain a higher understanding of how to successfully accomplish their goals while addressing the distinctive stress and challenges of being at the forefront of positive change. Her framework includes a holistic model of leadership designed to activate and integrate each person's unique Leadership Style so they can play to their distinctive strengths and contribute with confidence and collaboration.

Growing up with parents whose beliefs advocate for the elimination of prejudice, seeing the inherent nobility and potential in people, and developing genuine friendships with people of all backgrounds, Jaleh's entire life has benefitted from teachers, mentors, teammates, and best friends who are People of Color.
As a Persian-American of mixed races and heritage herself, Jaleh understands the challenges of trying to "fit in" and find a path that feels authentic and whole... uncertain of how to develop a sense of wholeness. She also understands the benefits of inclusivity and living in a culture that honors diversity and welcomes it.
For every new client who invests in a Leadership Design Training experience, we provide pro bono mentoring experiences to emerging service-driven students and young professionals who represent communities who are Black, Indigenous, or a Person Of Color (BIPOC).
