Growing up with parents whose beliefs advocate for the elimination of prejudice, seeing the inherent nobility and potential in people, and developing genuine friendships with people of all backgrounds, Jaleh's entire life has benefitted from teachers, mentors, teammates, and best friends who are People of Color.
As a Persian-American of mixed races and heritage herself, Jaleh understands the challenges of trying to "fit in" and find a path that feels authentic and whole... uncertain of how to develop a sense of wholeness. She also understands the benefits of inclusivity and living in a culture that honors diversity and welcomes it.
For every new client who invests in a Leadership Design Training experience, we provide pro bono mentoring experiences to emerging service-driven students and young professionals who represent communities who are Black, Indigenous, or a Person Of Color (BIPOC).
